EXCHANGES / RETURNS
PLEASE NOTE: This policy only applies for website purchases.
Your order will be accepted for exchange or refund if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
Returning a product for exchange is complimentary. In order to do this, contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com Please include your name, order number, which item you want to exchange and for what. We’ll send you a product exchange slip and a pre-paid return label by email.
Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within a few days after we receive the returned item.
If the item you request is not available in our stock, we will notify you via email and issue a refund.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will email you back with a product return slip.
VALIANT reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.
Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days from reception of your return at our warehouse. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item and a flat return fee of $10 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact us at email@example.com.
