PLEASE NOTE: This policy applies only to purchases made through our official website.
Returns & Exchanges
Your order will be accepted for exchange or return within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided that items are returned in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached.
How to Make an Exchange
Exchanging a product is complimentary.
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at marketing@valiant-paris.com, and include:

The item(s) you'd like to exchange

The reason for the exchange
We’ll send you the instructions on email.
Once we receive your item, your exchange will be processed and shipped out within a few business days. If the requested item is no longer available, we will notify you by email and proceed with a store credit.
How to Make a Return
To return an item, please contact marketing@valiant-paris.com with the following:

The item(s) you wish to return
We will reply with a product return slip and further instructions.
Returned items that meet our policy requirements will be issued store credit only—no monetary refunds will be processed.
VALIANT reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. If your item cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, we will issue you store credit in the form of a gift card code, redeemable on your next order.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly offer a replacement or full store credit, including shipping costs.
To resolve this, please contact marketing@valiant-paris.com and include your order details and a photo of the issue, if applicable.
